Mr. Dario Casubolo

Graduated in Economics and Commerce, Chartered Accountant registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, Legal Auditor, Court-appointed Expert, Court Perito, Inspector for Co.Vi.So.C. (Committee for the Surveillance of Professional Football Companies), Independent Director, member of Board of Statutory Auditors, and Sustainability Auditor.
He is a member of the study commissions of the Turin Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts on international taxation and ESG sustainability reporting. He is also a speaker at conferences, meetings, and seminars organized by institutions, trade associations, companies, and business consortia on tax, legal, corporate, and management control matters.
He assists and supports corporate management in M&A operations, planning, management control, national and international taxation, and corporate sustainability.
He collaborates with leading international legal and tax firms.
